When you choose bywonko., you receive a kitchen and interior created entirely according to your wishes and conditions. We meticulously handcraft every detail with great care, including our drawings. Our commitment to you extends throughout the entire process, from the initial creative meeting to the assembly and completion of your interior.

To start a new project with us send a simple drawing and as detailed information as possible ninawonko@gmail.com and setting up a meeting. We would love to hear from you whether you just need some inspiration to start of your new project or want us to help you all the way to finished project. 

Start by making a simple sketch of the room where the interior will be. 

Include:

• Length of walls
• Ceiling height
• Placement and measurements for windows and doors 
• Placement of ventilation and drainage. Can these be moved?
• Desired playout
• Feel free to include pictures of how the room looks today.

To help us assist you best, we appreciate receiving as much information as possible. What style do you prefer? Painted shaker, retro, or a sleek wooden kitchen? Please send inspiration pictures and a brief description of what you particularly appreciate.

After you have emailed us your sketch, inspiration pictures, and other preferences we will proceed with a

• Initial Consultation
  A first meeting where we will delve into your inspirations, needs and desires for your new project.

• Inspiration and Planning
  Following our meeting, we embark on the creative process by crafting mood boards, drawing inspiration and lay the groundwork for your customised design.

• Flow and Functionality Planning
  We meticulously plan flow and functionality ensuring a seamless and efficient layout.

Up to this point you have been getting our design package. You will now have a firm foundation for your project and all the major design decisions has been made. You can now choose to either continue with another company or carpenter to fulfil you needs or let us continue with the next step which is production with our talented Swedish carpenters. 

If you have a clear and concrete vision of what you want and need you can skip the design package and instead we will go straight to giving you a cost estimate based on your own layouts and specifications and proceed from there.

• Drawings
  Given the unique nature of our projects tailored to your specific needs, we create detailed  drawings to guide the implementation phase.

• Quote
  We provide a cost estimate ensuring clarity on the financial aspects of your project.

• Production time
  If you are satisfied with the drawing and quote, we proceed to book a production time. We allocate time to manufacture your specific interior, and you will also receive a delivery date. Not all details need to be finalized at the time of booking, and it's possible to make changes until the day of final measurement. At this stage, what's important for us is knowing the project's scope. Upon booking production, you will receive confirmation and an invoice for a down payment of 10,000 SEK.

• Start of construction
  Approximately 2-4 weeks before the start of production you need to measure and go through the order documentation one last time before it is handed over for production. It's important that the room is prepared in a way that allows correct measurements: Ideally, all old interior should be removed, and any new walls, etc., should be finished. Finished placement of water, drainage, and ventilation. We prefer the on-site carpenter to provide finished measurements for us to use and the responsibility for accurate measurements lies with the buyer. Final measurement is also the deadline for any changes. After final measurement, production drawings and order documentation are handed over for manufacturing, and it's no longer possible to make changes. Upon  start of production, we send an invoice for the full amount excluding stone countertops and the down payment. Please note that we do not release any goods without receiving full payment. Stone countertops are invoiced separately after installation and serve as the final invoice. Final measuring for countertops occurs after the kitchen itself is installed and delivery of  countertops usually takes place approximately 2-4 weeks after templating.

• Transportation
  You decide whether you want to pick up the interior yourself or if we should arrange transport. 

Up to this point is where our production package ends you now have your new kitchen being made and you can choose to do the finishing touches yourself. For even more peace of mind we can help you all the way 

• Installation and final touches
  We have established collaborations with skilled installers whom we can recommend. Alternatively, you can use your own carpenters, but we recommend that they have extensive experience in assembling custom kitchens and other interiors. We also offer collaboration with talented interior designers who can give the kitchen and adjacent rooms the final styling it might need to make your new kitchen become the true heart of the home and give the rest of your space a coherent look.
